Canopy Healthtech
Canopy Healthtech is a collaboration among the University of Oklahoma, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma State University, and the University of Tulsa, which are all committed to developing a virtual healthtech innovation niche in Oklahoma. The idea for Canopy was conceptualized by Tulsa Innovation Labs, and our programs are philanthropically sponsored through the George Kaiser Family Foundation and housed within the University Oklahoma Price College of Business Tom Love Innovation Hub. Canopy staff and supported spinouts operate out of 36 N Incubator in the heart of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Executive Director
Rachel Lane PhD, RD is the founding executive director for Canopy Healthtech. She draws on her own experiences as a clinician, basic scientist, and entrepreneur to help academic innovators make the leap from thinker to doer. Dr. Lane is a senior staff member in the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
